Case Study

Conduent bid for Myki solution, Melbourne.

The Project

The Client

Conduent Transportation is a leading provider of fare collection, tolling, and transportation solutions for government agencies around the world.

Project Description

Innovatious played a crucial role in supporting Conduent’s bid for the substantial $1.7 billion contract to replace the Myki ticketing system in Victoria, Australia, with a modern Account Based Ticketing (ABT) solution featuring contactless payment acceptance.

We were involved in the entire bid process, contributing to the bid response strategy and reviewing all responses to ensure comprehensive and robust answers. Our team led the production of key exhibits showcasing Conduent’s functional and operational capabilities, service management plans, customer proposition and design methodologies.

Furthermore, we actively supported Conduent in engaging with the Victorian Department of Transport and Planning (DTP), addressing their questions and concerns regarding operations, customer experience, design, and service management. We also facilitated live demonstrations of Conduent’s hardware to DTP stakeholders and customer focus groups.

Finally, Innovatious led the final presentation to the Victorian transport minister, developing compelling presentation materials, crafting key messages, and delivering the presentation itself. This comprehensive support throughout the bid process demonstrated our commitment to Conduent’s success in securing this significant contract.
