Project Description

Innovatious has played a key role in supporting Transport for West Midlands’ (TfWM) Swift smart ticketing program. Our contributions have included providing expert programme management, establishing robust project controls, and leading the technical workstream for the Swift on Rail project, including supporting business case development.

Additionally, we have provided technical expertise and guidance on the buy-before-you-board ticketing project for the West Midlands Metro.

Through these diverse roles, Innovatious has helped shape and enhance the Swift program, contributing to the advancement of smart ticketing solutions in the West Midlands region.
